free photography Contest
What are some good photo contests for college students?
Or for the general public I guess. Basically I'm sick of cutting through all the red tape of submitting an image to a photography contest only to find out that they want the rights to the photo or they want money. Help me find good free photography contests that aren't scams!

Specifically for college students, there's College Photographer of the Year -

It's an annual, and won't be open again until next fall.
The major photojournalism contests - POYi and NPPA's contest - have plenty of categories anyone could enter, but the competition's stiff.
